3rd Sunday of Lent

Conscience Above Convenience

“We must obey God rather than men.” — Acts 5:29

Karl refused to support what he believed to be morally wrong, even when it would have secured his position. His decisions were shaped not by advantage but by accountability before God. The same quiet choices are placed before us — to act with integrity when compromise would be easier, to remain truthful when silence would protect us. What guided him must guide us: fidelity to God is the only success that endures.

Blessed Karl, strengthen our courage to follow the truth. Amen.
