Gebetsliga Releases New Wristband
The Emperor Karl Prayer League USA / Canada is pleased to announce the release of a new silicone devotional wristband, offering supporters a simple, affordable, and durable way to carry a daily reminder of faith and prayer. Inspired by the longstanding Christian tradition of wearing outward signs of interior devotion, the wristbands were created as a meaningful and accessible option for everyday wear among children, teens, and adults alike.
The exterior of the wristband bears the League motto, Oratio et Satisfactio (“Prayer and Sacrifice”), while the interior reads Kaiser Karl Gebetsliga — German for “Emperor Karl Prayer League.”
Made from flexible, weather-resistant silicone, the wristbands are designed to stand up to everyday life whether worn at school, work, sports, retreats, pilgrimages, or outdoor activities. Waterproof, lightweight, and comfortable for extended wear, they serve as a quiet witness of faith and a reminder to pray for the canonization of Blessed Karl of Austria.
This project was made possible through the generosity and continued support of the League’s benefactors, whose gifts help further meaningful devotional initiatives that strengthen prayer and foster greater awareness of the life and example of Blessed Karl.
Wristbands are available individually as well as in bulk quantities for parishes, schools, youth groups, retreats, and other organizations seeking to share devotion to Blessed Karl within their communities.
