Gebetsliga Announces Giving Tuesday 2025
The Gebetsliga is pleased to announce the launch of its second annual Giving Tuesday campaign, building on the remarkable momentum generated during its inaugural effort last year. The League extends heartfelt gratitude to supporters around the world and offers warm wishes for a blessed beginning to the Advent season.
Last year’s Giving Tuesday marked an important milestone for the League. Thanks to extraordinary generosity—and a substantial matching gift opportunity—the campaign exceeded expectations and fully funded several major initiatives. These included a newly commissioned icon of Blessed Karl in the regalia of the Order of St. Stephen, scheduled for release in spring 2026; a sterling silver medal; and a series of relic prayer cards. Each of these projects is already helping deepen and spread devotion to Blessed Karl internationally.
This year, the League is once again responding to frequent inquiries from supporters seeking meaningful avenues to assist the mission. The 2025 Giving Tuesday campaign highlights several new opportunities focused on practical, tangible ways to share devotion to Blessed Karl in everyday life. With the permission of donors, the League will publicly acknowledge all who support these initiatives in upcoming news features.
Supporters may sponsor any of the featured Giving Tuesday opportunities by selecting “Donate Now” on the League’s website. Each project will remain available through December 9. Gifts of all sizes are fully tax-deductible, and donors may designate their contribution to a specific initiative by noting their preference at the time of giving.

2025 GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
GEBETSLIGA WRISTBANDS
From antiquity, the faithful have worn jewelry as an outward sign of their interior devotion. While our bronze and sterling silver medals of Blessed Karl—made possible through the generosity of Giving Tuesday 2024—remain popular, we have also received numerous requests for an economical option suitable for everyday use, especially for children, teens, and adults who want something durable and comfortable.
A tax-deductible gift of $1,600 will allow us to produce 10,000 silicone wristbands featuring the Gebetsliga’s motto, Oratio et Satisfactio (Prayer and Satisfaction).
GEBETSLIGA HATS
Hats have long carried symbolic meaning in both daily and ecclesial life, marking everything from vocation to personal devotion. In recent years, many have asked the League for simple clothing items that honor Blessed Karl—especially a devotional hat that can be worn naturally in everyday settings while still expressing a quiet fidelity to his witness.
A tax-deductible gift of $2,000 will enable us to produce a high-quality Gebetsliga Hat—proudly made in the USA—and make it available for the faithful who wish to honor the Emperor’s witness with a simple and sincere sign of devotion.
GEBETSLIGA WATER BOTTLES
In a time when wellness and environmental responsibility are shaping daily habits, reusable water bottles have become a staple for people of all ages. While the League has offered mugs in the past, we have received numerous requests for water bottles that complement life on the go.
A tax-deductible gift of $2,500 will allow us to fund the first run of high-quality stainless steel water bottles. Each bottle will bear an etched Gebetsliga emblem, making it an easy way to share the League’s mission wherever you go.
SPANISH & ENGLISH PRAYER CARDS
Since the League’s beginning, small prayer cards bearing the image of Blessed Karl and a simple prayer have been one of the most effective ways to share Emperor Karl’s life and witness near and far. These humble cards have become touchpoints for grace—and even miracles—as they make their way around the world. Today, they have reached every continent and are freely given to anyone who asks. They remain entirely free of charge, and always will be. Yet as devotion to Blessed Karl continues to grow, so does the demand.
A gift of $3,000 will allow the League to produce 50,000 Spanish and 50,000 English prayer cards, ensuring we can continue placing Blessed Karl’s witness into the hands of those who seek his intercession.
RELIC PRAYER CARDS
As important as our standard prayer cards are our relic prayer cards. A gift of $5,000 will make it possible to produce a newly redesigned Third-Class Relic Prayer Card in Rome, Italy. The new laminated, credit-card–sized format will be both durable and easy to carry, ensuring Blessed Karl’s witness can be shared widely and with ease.
