Forgiveness Without Bitterness

“Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” — Luke 6:37

Karl prayed for those who exiled him. No resentment took root in his heart. Forgiveness is the point where suffering is transformed into grace. Without it, we remain bound to the past. Mercy allowed his soul to remain free. It does the same for us.

Blessed Karl, obtain for us merciful hearts. Amen.
