On April 1, 2022, on the centenary of the transitus of Blessed Karl, a permanent relic shrine to Blessed Karl was dedicated at Saint John the Evangelist Church in New Prague, Minnesota. The shrine features a 1st class relic of Blessed Karl along with a period lithograph from ca. 1916. Both the relic and image are housed in a new shrine lovingly fashioned from antique wood furniture. A book of favors is available where the faithful can not only write prayer intentions, but note favors recieved. With the new shrine, the community is pleased to continue sharing devotion to Blessed Karl with all parishioners and visitors to the church and area.
