Love for Our Lady

“Behold your mother.” — John 19:27

Karl entrusted his family, his reign, and his exile to the care of the Blessed Virgin. In her he found a constant refuge. We are given the same mother. In every uncertainty she leads us to her Son and teaches us to remain at the foot of the Cross. What sustained him in suffering is offered to us in every prayer of trust.

Blessed Karl, lead us to Our Lady. Amen.
